What to contact us about
- Corrections. A bonus figure that no longer matches an operator's terms, a licence that has moved or lapsed, a broken link, or a factual error anywhere on the site. Documentation helps and is not required.
- Your own experience with a listed operator. Particularly a withdrawal that stalled, a term applied differently from how it is published, or an account closure. We cannot intervene on your behalf, but this is the kind of information that gets a brand re-checked or removed.
- Methodology questions. If a score does not look right against the published weightings, ask and we will explain the reasoning or fix it.
- Operator enquiries. Licensing documentation, corrected bonus terms and platform details are all useful. Requests for placement, ratings or link insertions are not, and are declined as a matter of policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino, an agent of any operator, or a dispute service. We cannot recover a balance, unlock an account, release a withdrawal or contact an operator on your behalf. For a dispute with a site licensed outside Great Britain, your route is the operator's own complaints process and then the issuing regulator, and it is worth knowing in advance that this route is often limited. The UK Gambling Commission has no authority over these operators.
